I
understand unforeseen work, medical or airline problems may cause me to cancel
a trip. Compensation for a trip cancellation for any reason (which is not the
direct responsibility of Ocean Divers or her agents) must be claimed
against my travel insurance. Ocean Divers reserves the rights to make
changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, political problems or civil
unrest. No compensation is offered in any situation to change flights or
holiday plans due to changes in itinerary that may cause delay or
cancellations. No refund is offered for time lost due to the medical evacuation
of a passenger or reduction of dives due to bad weather. Ocean Divers's Cancellation Policy & Fees. Cancellation Conditions for Daytrip bookings &
Courses:
Cancellation made before 18:00 the day prior to
commencement will be refunded in full. Refunds of Credit Card payments will be
subject to a service fee of 10%.
In the event of "no-show" NO refunds will be paid
Cancellation Conditions
for live aboard bookings:
More than 60 days prior to departure: forfeit 3000 THB
Less than 60 days: forfeit 30% of trip fee
Less then 30 days: forfeit 100% of trip fee

strongly recommend that you obtain a suitable Travel and or Dive insurance.
